3. Appointment
   If appropriate, we schedule a private appointment in Houston or surrounding area.
4. Offer & Payment
   We make a fair market-based offer. If accepted, payment is made promptly and required documentation is completed.

Estate Sales & Authorized Sellers
If you are selling firearms on behalf of an estate or another individual, you must provide documentation showing legal authority to sell, such as:

• Executor or administrator documentation
• Power of attorney
• Other legally recognized authorization

Seller Requirements
By offering firearms for sale to Command Supply, LLC, you represent that:

• You are the legal owner of the firearm(s), or are legally authorized to sell them
• The firearm(s) are not stolen and are lawful to transfer
• You are legally permitted to sell and transfer firearms

Valid government-issued identification is required for all transactions.

• All transactions are conducted in compliance with federal, state, and local laws
• All purchases are completed in person in Houston, Texas
• Command Supply, LLC operates by appointment only
• Seller must provide valid government-issued identification and be a Texas resident.​
