Command Supply, LLC – Terms and Conditions of Sale Effective Date: April 1, 2026

1. All Sales Final / Returns for In-Stock Inventory Items
Unless otherwise expressly authorized in writing by Command Supply, LLC (“Seller”) at the time of sale, all sales are final and no returns or exchanges will be accepted.
If a return is specifically authorized in writing at the time of sale:

• The item must be returned within seven (7) calendar days of purchase
• The item must be in new, unused condition
• All original packaging, boxes, cases, locks, keys, magazines, documentation, and accessories must be included

Authorized returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
Seller reserves the right to deny any return that does not meet these conditions.
NO RETURNS FOR SPECIAL ORDER ITEMS THAT WERE NOT PURCHASED FROM INVENTORY.

2. Manufacturer Warranties Only 
All products sold are subject solely to the manufacturer’s warranty, if any.
Command Supply, LLC:

• Makes no independent warranties, express or implied
• Disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to:
  • Merchantability
  • Fitness for a particular purpose

The purchaser’s sole remedy for defects or performance issues is through the manufacturer.

3. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Command Supply, LLC shall not be liable for:

• Personal injury or death
• Property damage
• Incidental or consequential damages

arising from the use, misuse, storage, handling, or modification of any product sold.
Purchaser assumes all responsibility for the safe and lawful use of any product purchased.

4. Compliance with Laws
All purchases are subject to applicable federal, state, and local laws, including but not limited to:

• Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF) regulations
• Federal Firearms License (FFL) requirements
• FBI National Instant Criminal Background Check System (NICS) approval

Purchaser must:

• Provide valid, government-issued identification
• Meet all age and residency requirements
• Successfully pass a background check, where required

Seller reserves the right to refuse or cancel any transaction at its sole discretion, including if legal eligibility requirements are not met.

5. Transfer and Delivery
All firearm transfers must be completed:

• In person, and
• In full compliance with all applicable laws and regulations

Command Supply, LLC operates by appointment only at a private business location in Houston, Texas.

6. Payment Terms
Accepted forms of payment:

• Cash
• Approved bank checks

Credit card payments are accepted and are subject to a 3% processing fee.
Seller reserves the right to require verified funds prior to transfer of any product.

7. Order Refusal / Cancellation
Command Supply, LLC reserves the right to:

• Refuse service to any individual
• Cancel any order prior to completion
• Decline transfers that, in Seller’s judgment, present legal, safety, or compliance concerns

8. No Legal Advice
Nothing provided by Command Supply, LLC constitutes legal advice. Customers are responsible for understanding and complying with all applicable laws.

9. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas.

10. Agreement
​By purchasing from Command Supply, LLC, the purchaser acknowledges and agrees to these Terms and Conditions in full.
